Papernut Cambridge / Mr Stoo Odom / Brendan Quinn

Clerkenville East-West presents an evening of psych-pop and dadaesque delights.

Tickets here: www.wegottickets.com

We celebrate the release of the new album, Channel Suite, by those merry pranksters PAPERNUT CAMBRIDGE. Who knows how many members of this ever revolving collective, led by the inimitable Ian Button, will turn up....could by 3, could be 13!

New Orleans bassist/ composer STOO ODOM inhabits the murky world where psychedelia, jazz, and noise intersect. Best known for his rock/psych work in the Graves Brothers Deluxe, Thin White Rope, and Subarachnoid Space, he has also collaborated on tour and in the studio with members of Acid Mothers Temple, the Boredoms, and '60's icons the Monks. Unfortunately, Stoo will not be accompanied by his goats, who couldn't obtain clearance from UK Border Force to join him on this only UK date. You can see them here at 44:02, with Stoo in his backyard, performing for the We Love The Betsey Too fundraiser a couple of years ago: https://youtu.be/yG4TgztmQ2Q

BRENDAN QUINN is best known as member of Boston's cult psychedelic spacerockers, and Terrastock regulars, Abunai! - with whom he released three full-length albums on Tony Dale’s legendary Camera Obscura label. Now relocated to London, he is the driving force behind the psych, folk & power poptastic Divisionists:
